Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally featured in this new image release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling distinct areas of the property.

Accompanying this are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.

Additional documentation released as part of the continuing oversight process.
